Our Business Analyst’s are focused on helping your organisation to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by undertaking requirements analysis and determining the functional and non-functional requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to executives and stakeholders.
Our BAs will identify the business’ requirements, conditions and constraints, documenting them in an accurate and consistent manner for the team that will eventually design and deliver the solution. This is achieved by developing clear requirements and creating data models, process diagrams and design concepts that will achieve the development of solutions to the business’ needs. We will also identify what additional information is necessary, and the potential impacts and challenges to the solution and/or other projects.
